
Lowman said a Dallas police officer was hospitalized after being shot in the foot and is expected to be OK. A red sedan was also seen in the area with several bullet holes in the back glass and other windows blown out. That person was loaded onto a Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance and taken to the hospital. While NBC 5's Texas Sky Ranger was overhead Wednesday afternoon, officers could be seen performing CPR on a man in the grass.
